At Thaymar we carefully select the finest products to serve to our customers.
It goes without saying that coffee is one of the most important products for us to get right. All of our coffee is supplied by Coffee Brothers who we have worked closely with to make sure that our coffee is the best that it can be.
We use the Blue Mountain Blend for our cafetieres and the Peace 'n' Love Blend for our cappuccinos and lattes. By choosing Coffee Brothers as our supplier it has meant that we can stock the coffee in our farm shop for customers to take home and enjoy!
The two different blends are available in 227g bags to be used in a cafetiere.

Peace 'n' Love Blend
Triple certified good body with smoky, spicy and nutty notes from the Colombia and Java and a smooth mild finish from the Honduras.
Blue Mountain Blend
Well balanced with citrus fruit notes developing into malty biscuit flavours towards the finish.
